Ruud Polman has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, HR and business strategy. He worked at large global corporates before he started his own consultancy business in 2010. Ruud Polman heeft meer dan 30 jaar ervaring op het snijvlak van strategie, communicatie, marketing en HR. Hij was lang werkzaam bij grote multinationale organisaties (Rabobank, Randstad) en helpt sinds 2010 allerlei organisatie in uiteenlopende sectoren. In zijn aanpak weet hij als geen ander een haalbaar perspectief te creëren om vervolgens de organisatie mee te nemen in de gewenste richting.
