Ruud Polman has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, HR and business strategy. He worked at large global corporates before he started his own consultancy business in 2010. In his approach Ruud not only develops a clear perspective, but also manages to realise the desired transition.

Ruud Polman heeft meer dan 30 jaar ervaring op het snijvlak van strategie, communicatie, marketing en HR. Hij was lang werkzaam bij grote multinationale organisaties (Rabobank, Randstad) en helpt sinds 2010 allerlei organisatie in uiteenlopende sectoren. In zijn aanpak weet hij als geen ander een haalbaar perspectief te creëren om vervolgens de organisatie mee te nemen in de gewenste richting.

Jasper Ordelman adviseert ruim 10 jaar organisaties op het gebied van identiteit, corporate branding en organisatiecultuur. Gedreven door zijn passie voor mensen, krijgt hij altijd snel het DNA van de organisatie boven tafel en weet dit op een heldere manier door te vertalen.
